APP SUPPORT

In case you are facing technical issues when trying to play our apps on your device, please refer to the following suggestions. These would usually solve the problem.

No Sound

Assuming that the sound isn’t just switched off by the “volume down” button, please try one of the following:

Mute Button

Make sure that on the sound switch on the side there is no orange stripe/dot showing. While some apps may be streaming sound, this could disable sound on others.

 

Settings

  • Go to Settings / General / Sounds

  • You should see a “Ringer and Alerts” section at the top
.

  • Slide the slider all the way to the left so the sound is at the lowest level, then slide it back to the right.

  • Open the app again and listen for audio.

 

Reboot

Reboot your device by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

If none of these solve the problem, please email us again with the following information:

  • iPad / iPhone model OS version

  • Can you hear audio through headphones or not ?

  • List of some of the other apps that have audio.

 

 

App Crashing

If the app shuts down without warning or begins to function erratically, try one of the following suggestions:

Reboot

Reboot your device by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

 

Shut Down Other Apps

If you’re running several apps in parallel on your device, this could be overwhelming to your device and cause memory issues. Shutting down a few of those apps could help:

  • Press the home button twice.

  • At the bottom of the screen you’ll see the apps that are currently running.

  • Swipe to move through them.

  • Touch and hold one of the app icons until they all start wiggling.

  • A small red circle will appear at the top left of each icon – tap it to shut down each app.

  • When you’re done, press the home button to return to your home screen.
